A 52-year-old Troy man was pulled over by New York State Police when then spotted him driving across some hazard markings in Brunswick.

This happened at about 4:00 a.m. on Saturday morning on Spring Avenue.

In the story from News 10 ABC, Peter Enzien was given Sobriety Tests and allegedly failed them. He was arrested for DWI, and taken into the trooper barracks in Brunswick for the arrest processing. While he was there, he allegedly created a few more problems by kicking a camera stand over and pushing a trooper.

In addition to being charged with Driving While Intoxicated, he was also charged with Reckless Endangerment Of Property and Obstruction Of Governmental Administration In The Second Degree - All misdemeanors. He was released after a his arraignment for these charges in Brunswick Town Court, but will be back in court at a future date.
