Love Cowboy's No-Go on Negative Nelly

My roommate is so negative. We used to be friends but I can't take it anymore. She whines and complains about everything. From the food we eat, to the shows we watch, her coworkers, bosses, family and friends. I'm sure behind my back she complains about me! She's just a negative person - can I kick her out for just being negative?
