"I have been married for 8 years and during the course of the marriage I have been outearned by husband by quite a bit. About 6 months ago I got a pretty sizable promotion at work and now I make much more money than he does. He's been acting weird about it. Recently, He bought some expensive shoes and I jokingly said, 'don’t spend all my money' and he blew up at me.

We share all finances, so he’s reaping the benefit of more money and I know he is proud of me, but deep down I think he feels insecure about it. How do I talk to him?"
