Local Photo Quiz Game – Update

OK, new game in the works.   Don't go away--it's time to play....WHERE THE HECK WAS THIS TAKEN???

Being a hopeless photo-holic, I must admit I go overboard taking pictures.   Especially with these great little cameras that come included with cellphones these days---I may need an intervention soon.  So every once in awhile,  I'll throw one of these shots up here and see if you can guess where it was taken.   You really have to know your Capital Region in some cases!  Hopefully I can scare up a little prize for the first person who gives an answer, but right now we're just doing it for fun....

So here we go........ Tell me what town, and specifically where this was taken, and you win......ah...........nothing!!!!
