Local Heroes Save Neighbors In Schenectady Fire

People helping people. Neighbors helping neighbors. It is something that doesn't happen enough in today's world of extreme individualism and social media. Luckily, some Schenectady heroes still know it pays off to help your neighbors, or in this case save their lives in the process.Seven people were burned out of a house on Willet Avenue this morning. A family of four that lived in the house with their newborn baby were luckily awakened in time to get out of the burning house safely after their neighbors pounded on their door at 3:20 this morning.

Those neighbors remain nameless as of now, and I hope they let the public know who they are because they saved lifes and are heroes. They should be recognized as such.
