How Do You Prepare Christmas Dinner? [POLL]

Christmas Day is almost upon us and for some people it will be a day where some families get together for a big dinner later that night. A scene from Christmas Vacation comes to mind when I think about that. In my family we do things different. We basically cook up a bunch of finger foods like chicken fingers, Buffalo wings, Mozzarella Sticks and more and have a buffet style meal. It takes a little less hassle out of a busy family day.

Much like many families Christmas traditions, we all do the holiday dinner the same as well. So how do you handle Christmas dinner every year?
