The Saratoga Corinth and Hudson Railway invites families to settle in for a cozy sixty-minute ride through the snowy Southern Adirondacks, where the winter scenery rolls by like a postcard.

From the moment you step aboard this festive train, the car is warm and inviting, filled with the sweet scent of cocoa and cookies. Friendly elves wander the aisles offering treats and smiles while little ones work on their letters to Santa.

Keep your phone close because Santa makes a grand entrance during the trip. He stops to greet every child and listen to their Christmas wishes, which always makes for a perfect holiday photo.

Riders can choose First Class, Coach, or Lounge seating, each one heated and comfortable for the journey. If you want a little extra adventure, you can wander into the open-air car and enjoy the crisp winter air and the glow of holiday lights along the tracks.

For groups or families looking for something even more special, there are two private cars to book. The restored 1916 Pullman car seats up to eight and offers a quiet and intimate space. The vintage Caboose can accommodate up to 15 and includes open-air car access.

The Candy Cane Express runs Wednesdays and Fridays at 5 and 7 pm and Saturdays and Sundays at 1, 3, 5, and 7 pm now through December 21st!
