Help 3 Year Old Find Missing Stuffed Animal [PIC]

It was a nice afternoon at a local festival over the weekend when a three-year-old girl named, Charlie lost her stuffed animal. She and her family are hoping you can help find him. According to News 10 ABC, Charley Pepper's family was enjoying a day of fun at the Petersburgh Harvest Fest over the weekend. There was one problem, Charlie's stuffed penguin went missing. Like any good mom would do, she posted a picture of Charlie's beloved penguin, "Budaduh", on Facebook to try and find him.
