It’s been a tough winter for all of us, with all the nasty storms we’ve been having. But I don’t think as tough of a winter as a 5 month old Beagle named “Dino”.

Love That Pooch

He almost lost his life when he was hit by a snow plow. The poor little pooch has pins in his leg and his tail has been amputated, due to being sheared down to the bone, but is doing fine. Dino hasn’t had a home until now.

From a story on The Weather Channel, his new owner is Glenn Ingraham, who has previous experience with Beagles in rehab. According to Glenn: “I immediately wrote a letter to the head of the adoption unit here inquiring about adoption.”

I'm sure Dino will be out chasing squirrels very soon.
