Happy Birthday Brian Prout From Diamond Rio [VIDEO]

Sunday, December 4 is the drummer from Diamond Rio, Brian Prout’s birthday. The reason I’m focusing on Brian, is because he is actually from the Albany area.

Brian grew up in Troy. His mom and sister call GNA from time to time, usually to hear one of Diamond Rio’s songs, and to let us know that Brian’s doing well.

He joined Diamond Rio in 1987. Their first hit was from 1991, called “Meet In The Middle,” I was going to use that video in this article, but since it’s for his birthday, I see from Brian’s bio from the Diamond Rio Website, that his favorite song with the band is “I Believe.”

Somehow, I have a feeling I'll be hearing from his mom and sister very soon.
