In 2016 it seemed pretty unlikely that the New Eastcoast Arms Collection Associates Gun Show and Military Expo would return to the Saratoga City Center. In fact it seemed to get fairly heated in the press after the president of NEACA, David Petronis tried to secure 2017 dates for the show. At that time the center stated their there were no dates for  2017 and beyond. But, it looks like things have turned around in favor of the gun show.

Taking credit for its return? State Senator Kathy Marchione.

She's quoted in the Times Union stating:

"For 32 years, the Saratoga Gun Show has been a tradition and an important part of our Saratoga community," said Marchione, whose office gathered a 2,464-signature petition asking the City Center to preserve the show.

So when can we expect its great return? May 26-28. Mark the calendars and enjoy the expo that's been a part of the Capital Region going on 33 years.
