Grilled Cheese Sandwiches to Benefit Double H Ranch

Today is National Grilled Cheese Day and while you're thinking of which type of cheese to use today, head to Albany and use that sandwich to raise money for a great cause.

Capitol Melts, on 196 State Street in Albany, is excited to announce their partnership with Double H Ranch for National Grilled Cheese Day. CBS 6 broke down how your lunch could go to an amazing local organization.

Capitol Melts will be donating $1 from each grilled cheese sandwich sold today to Double H Ranch. If you're not familiar, Double H Ranch is near Lake Luzurne and was created in 1992 by Paul Newman and Charles R.Wood. Since its opening, they have served over 60,000 children who are dealing with life-threatening illnesses. Children who go to Double H Ranch, go completely free of charge.

Capitol Melts will be open today from 7:00AM-2:00PM so if you're going to have grilled cheese anyway, might as well head down to Albany and give some of that money to an amazing cause.
