Grandma has found the perfect Christmas Morning Breakfast.  Grandma created this dish as a way to cut down on the work in the kitchen, so that you can enjoy more time putting together and playing with all the presents the family has just unwrapped.

Grandma also suggests that it's a good idea to even make this the night before and refrigerate overnight.  As long as Santa and Rudolph don't get in the fridge, you'll have a ready-to-go meal for Christmas morning.

Breakfast Casserole

2 cups cooked ham, sausage, or bacon (use one, two, or all three)

6 slices of bread

2 cups strong sharp cheddar cheese

6 eggs

2 cups milk

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Dash of salt and pepper

Crumble meat or cut into small chunks
Break bread into small pieces
Cut cheese into small pieces
Toss together and place into a 9 x 12 baking dish
In a mixing bowl combine beaten eggs, milk, cinnamon, salt and pepper
Pour this over the ingredients in the baking dish and mix together
Bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour or until center is done (knife or toothpick will come out clean when done)

*If you prefer, you may mix this together, cover and put in refrigerator over night. If you do this method place in oven before you preheat it.
