Governor Cuomo Sends National Guard To Help Restore Power To Sandy Victims

Governor Cuomo was pretty upset the other day with utility companies who are still struggling to get power back on in the New York City are which was hammered by Hurricane Sandy.In another sign that the Governor's patience is wearing thin he is sending 600 national guard members based in Troy to Westchester and Rockland Counties to assist the utilities in getting the power back on line.
