Martin Luther King Jr. Day, observed on Monday, might be stressful for parents whose kids  are home from school.  If you're trying to come up with something fun to do (bear in mind that it's going to in the low to mid-twenties) you're more than likely going to want to be inside.  A fun, free Lego event is happening at the Saratoga Auto Museum on Monday and will feature LEGO designs, face-painting and storytelling from a local author.

Kids Day at the Saratoga Auto Museum in Saratoga Springs will take place from 10am-2pm on Monday, MLK day according to The Saratogian.  The event is free to kids 12 and under, regular priced admission for adults.

Kids Day will feature the construction of some pretty  LEGO designs that will be on display at future Saratoga events as well as a reading from children's book author Daniele Seaerless. The event will also have interactive distracted driving displays for teens to participate in to warn them of the perils of distracted driving.

You may also donate any unwanted LEGO's so that other children will have a chance to build and learn.  For more information click here
