The true heroes of the coronavirus pandemic are the front line healthcare workers and many companies are taking notice and taking care of those special people. Another company, this time an airline, wants to give healthcare workers free flights. We have all seen the unbelievable pressure that healthcare workers are under on the front lines of this pandemic. They are putting themselves in harm's way to keep us safe and healthy. Now JetBlue Airways wants them to be able to get away after the pandemic by giving them free airline tickets.

According to WIVB.com, JetBlue Airways is giving healthcare workers free roundtrip flights for two as a way of saying "thank you" for their tireless efforts during the coronavirus pandemic. They will give away one hundred thousand airline tickets.

JetBlue said of the healthcare workers:

They've earned our love, our gratitude and some serious R&R. To thank healthcare heroes across the country, we're giving away 100,000 pairs of roundtrip flights–so they can take a vacation when the time is right.

JetBlue will designate ten thousand round trip airline tickets for two to healthcare workers in the New York City area. They will then give away ninety thousand pairs of airline tickets to healthcare workers across the United States. They will select the ninety thousand from nominations. The public is being asked to nominate "healthcare heroes" who deserve the flight vouchers.

To nominate a "healthcare hero" in your life, go to the JetBlue website and fill out the form. You can go directly to the form by clicking HERE.

JetBlue calls this promotion, "Fly it Forward".
