Flags To Be Flown At Half Mast On Monday January 10

With the recent shootings in Arizona, President Obama has signed a proclamation for flags to be flown at half mast, and in addition, and at 11 a.m. the White House is calling for a moment of silence to honor the victims of the shooting.

The gun man was targeting Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, who was speaking publicly to constituents.6 people died, including a 9 year old girl and a federal judge. Giffords remains in critical condition.
