Dick’s Hiring in Capital Region for Holidays This Week

There is a special signing day that is coming up. According to NewsNationNow.com, Dick's Sporting Goods is looking to hire thousands across the country for the holiday shopping season. That means they are looking to fill positions right here in the Capital Region. They are holding their "National Signing Day" this Wednesday, October 14th.

"National Signing Day" is a day to have all who are interested, go to their local Dick's Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, and Field and Stream stores to apply in person. You are encouraged to sign up online first and then head to your local store on Wednesday, October 14th. They need to fill extra staffing inside the stores, distribution centers, fill curbside pick-up, and ship from store orders.

Dick's Sporting Goods is offering competitive pay plus a fifteen percent pay premium through December 31st, 2020. They offer flexible schedules and a twenty-five percent store discount.

There are three locations in the immediate Capital Region and one in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. There is a Dick's Sporting Goods and Field and Stream store in Latham Farms in Latham. There is a Dick's Sporting Goods store in Saratoga at the Wilton Mall and one at Crossgates Mall.
