The Center Square portion of Albany is home to unique architecture, interesting attractions and eccentric people, but many feel it's the fantastic food on Lark Street that is often underappreciated.

Lark Street Restaurant Week starts on Friday October 23rd and runs thru Thursday October 29th.

Contrary to popular belief, there's a lot more to Lark St. than just coffee shops, tattoo parlors, and burritos.  As someone who enjoys eating (it's become my favorite pandemic hobby) I feel pretty fortunate that I live in a part of Albany that offers a variety of food and drink options. From pizza to pasta, meat lovers to vegan delights, the food is outstanding and there are a  bunch of new and interesting restaurants that may have popped up since the last time you were down here. There is no better time than now to visit Lark Street and try something different, or reacquaint yourself with an old stompin' ground you haven't been to in quite some time.  Lark Street Restaurant Week starts on Friday October 23rd and runs thru Thursday October 29th.

More than just good food, Lark St. Restaurant Week is offering deals on select wines at the very popular Capital Wine and Spirits located on the corner of State St and Lark Street. Bombers is doing a $20.20 special on a burrito/burrito bowl + any Jimbo/Margarita while one of my favorites, the Savoy Taproom is simply doing 15% off your food simply with a mention of Restaurant Food Week.
