Christmas Eve Theft Of iPhone Leads To Man’s Arrest

On Christmas Eve, authorities received a call from someone in the Apple Store in Crossgates Mall about a the theft of an iPhone 5 that was on display.

In addition to the stolen iPhone, a 27-year-old Albany man was also accused of damaging the security cable that was attached to the phone.

Garrett Lacy has an appearance to be back in Guilderland Town Court. According to the story from News 10 ABC, he was arrested charged with Criminal Mischief and Petit Larceny.
