Chelsea Cavanaugh – Local Countryfest Artist Profile

It's really getting close - Countryfest 2012 at the Times Union Center.  This one's going to be a little different, and I'm convinced it'll be better than ever.   Reason #1 in my book?  It gives local country artists a chance to show their talents.  I thought I'd let you know about one person who's on the bill outside at the block party - Chelsea Cavanaugh

Here she is, and she's only 16 years old!  My keyboard's older than that! I had the pleasure of hearing her at an event featuring another local band - The Lost Cantina Band.  A powerhouse voice and great personality to boot.

This is also from her website, which I must say is one of the nicest websites I've seen in awhile as well.  Chelsea will also be playing inside the arena as folks enter the building.  We're happy to give her this exposure to the thousands who are expected to show up.
