Check Your Furry Friend’s Food There’s a Dog Food Recall
We always want to keep our furry friends safe and healthy. That is why it is important to get the word out when there is a dog food recall. There are multiple dog food bands that are on the list due to high levels of a product that could make dogs sick if they consume it in large quantities.
Sunshine Mills, Inc. has multiple brands of dog food and is voluntarily recalling Triumph, Evolve, Wild Harvest, Nurture Farms, Pure Being, and Elm. Although these foods have not made any dogs ill, they may contain a high level of aflatoxin. This is a natural by-product from mold that can grow on the ingredients in these dog foods. They grow on corn, peanuts, and other grains according to News 10 ABC.
These brands were sold in many retail stores nationwide. The stores have been contacted about the recalled dog food and are pulling them from the shelves and their inventory. To see the list of affected dog foods under the brand names click HERE.

You are to stop giving it to your dog and you can return it to where you bought it for a full refund. If your dog does show any signs of illness after eating the food, you are to have them be seen by their veterinarian immediately.
