We all know the power of a good jingle. It can get stuck in our heads and leave us longing to buy the product being advertised. So, what happens when more than two dozen jingles come together? Delightful musical mayhem.

You have seen them on the big screen for years, but it's been years since you have seen the Muppets on television. The original 'Muppet Show' ran for 120 episodes from 13 September 1976 – 15 March 1981 and of course there were a couple movies as well...

It's official: former New York Governor is running for president!

According to the Times Union this morning, (Tuesday, 5/26), this is looking like a done deal.  Charter Communications is buying Time Warner Cable.  Big deal or not?

I'm so sad to see Letterman go, even though I hardly ever got a chance to see it live over the past 25 years.  On the other hand, watching this last show made me burst with pride in a very odd way.  Here's why

Nothing against Dave Letterman or his choice of final musical guests, but this is who he chose to end is 30 plus year career?  Why?

The excitement is building, even as we speak.  Sawyer Fredericks, from Fultonville, NY.  Right in our own back yard, for God sakes! Can he win The Voice?  And better yet, isn't there a song written about him yet?  Maybe not until now!

This so seems like something you would see on the CW but in fact the latest TV installment in the superhero genre will be on CBS this fall. Supergirl, played by Melissa Benoist,  is coming to the small screen and it makes me wonder what you think of the idea.

So here we are at the finals and while there are four people left in the competition, I think it's safe to say that it will be between our very own hometown boy Sawyer Fredericks for Team Pharrell and former "Steel Magnolia" member Meghan Linsey for Team Blake.

This is quite coincidental, actually.  I was watching 60 Minutes this weekend and saw a fascinating story about a former soviet spy who now lives in Upstate New York.  Then Ariana, the head of our digital department, sent me a link to a story that explains exactly WHERE!

BuzzFeed is calling this a series that "nails what it's like to be a parent nowadays".  It's called Millennium Parents.

If you were listening this morning to the show you may have heard Steve Caporizzo talk to us about his special report tonight at 10 p.m. on NEWS10 ABC on Fox23. Last year at this time, a tornado touched down in Duanesburg and they suffered through a terrible storm, luckily there were no fatalities but there was plenty of damage and scars that still remain.
