Autism Testing Must Be Covered By Health Insurers In New York

I know at least 8 people personally who have children afflicted with autism. Whether you know it or not, you probably know someone with a child that has autism to some degree as well.

Until now, medical testing for autism was not covered by many health insurers. Thanks to Governor Cuomo those days are over in New York.  He signed a bill into law that now requirers health insurers to cover dignosis and treatment of autism spectrum disorders. On behalf of many famil
