Giraffe born at the Adirondack Animal Land Zoo in Gloversville

So Dorrie texted me on the air this morning and said " I wanna go to Animal Land". She wants to see the new baby giraffe. Can't blame her, right? This is good for all ages, and it happened right here in Gloversville

According to our good friends at News10.com, a very healthy baby was born this past Sunday. I mean, you tell me. When was the last time you saw a 6 foot tall newborn?

It was born on 10am, and according to the story ,it was standing one hour after being delivered. That's amazing. I wasn't even standing after my son was born. I nearly passed out!

So congrats to little ....I mean BIG "Autumn" and the proud mama!
