Stewart's Drops Limited Edition Flavors

Spring just started, and it may not feel like it, but summer is basically right around the corner in the Capital Region.  And Stewart's Shops just dropped its 2026 limited-edition ice cream lineup, and it might be one of its best yet.

According to Stewies, this year features seven seasonal flavors, including five brand-new creations and two fan-favorite returns made with their award-winning New York milk right here in Upstate.

Five New Flavors for Summer

Here's how they're described according to Stewart's:

  • Philly Espresso is a coffee lover’s dream, blending smooth vanilla with rich espresso swirls and chocolate flakes.
  • Peanut Butter Brownie Bonanza is exactly what it sounds like—chocolate, peanut butter, and brownie overload.
  • Caramel Cookie Dough brings sweet and salty together with caramel swirls and cookie dough chunks.
  • Sunshine Swirl is a lighter option with vanilla and orange sherbet—perfect for those hot summer days.
  • After Dinner Mint delivers a refreshing peppermint base with fudge swirls and chocolate mint pieces.

Two Favorites Set to Return

  • Dirt Cake returns with its signature cookie crumb swirl and brownie pieces—basically childhood in a cone.
  • Strawberry Shortcake also makes its comeback, packed with strawberry swirls and crumbly shortcake goodness.

Some flavors are already available, while others roll out through April, according to the fine folks at Stewart's.
