17 Year Old Jimmy Fallon’s First Stand Up Routine in Poughkeepsie [Watch]
According to the early numbers, 11.3 million people tuned in for Saugerties native, and Saint Rose Grad, JIMMY FALLON'S debut on "The Tonight Show" on Monday night.
That's down slightly from the 14.6 million who watched JAY LENO'S last episode earlier this month . . . but it beat out CONAN O'BRIEN'S debut back in 2009, when he attracted 9.2 million viewers.
Here's a clip of Jimmy's first stand-up routine when he was just 17! It's from Banana's Comedy Club in Poughkeepsie, NY!
We used a clip from Jimmy's opening from his first night on The Tonight Show for our first line in today's "Write-a-Song Wednesday" when he thanked his parents for all their support.

A couple of listeners called the show today and said they wanted Jay Leno back.
Do you think Jimmy's doing a good job so far?
