Thanks, first of all, to all the "Facebookers" who responded asking to repeat the theme song for your town, Coxsackie, NY. Secondly, thanks again. ( I never can thank you enough - I love doing this feature and it's fun to get your feedback.  Now onto the song!

It's what the internet was built for.  The two most viral videos of the week, mashed into one.  Volvo's Van Damme commercial with Ex-Toronto Mayor Rob Ford's face plastered on it.  So, it looks like Ford's doing a split - really not that much of a stretch, I mean, what's more flexible than Rob Ford's morals...

Well, it looks like we avoided a major catastrophe.  We made a last minute U-Turn and took a detour from financial disaster.  But you know my old saying - "one man's catastrophe is another's rhyming opportunity" - so I present to you a little bedtime poem.

First, a big shout out to Jimmy Buffett for the parody idea.  You never know when "Margaritaville" is going to come in handy, but it seemed to be a good starting off point to write a song for Richmondville in Schoharie County

I thought I would recount for you a really bad experience we had last year at Thankgsiving.  We slightly overcooked the turkey and nearly caused a riot in the house - I will explain in song, using Tim McGraw's "Southern Voice" as the musical inspiration

It's all over except for the counting. Good luck to both candidates. i can't wait for the absurdity to be over. But I wanted to summarize the absurdity in song, so here is a rough draft, recorded in my living room

It's rare when I actually get a chance to drive to another state, which is technically what I did recently.  Lee Elementary School in Lee, Massachusetts was where I ended up last week, and I'm dying to go back.  What a teacher! What a class!

Your Town Thursday's making it's return for the fall season. I'm very excited to put your little corner of the world to music. This isn't my first rodeo, to be sure.

This was a big challenge.  I mean, why do people climb Mount Everest?  Because it's THERE, that's why.  So I climbed my own mountain.  I wanted to see if I could do a 20 song medley of Your Town Thursday songs.   I hope you like it.
