Your Disney DVDs Could be Worth a Lot of Money
If your house is like mine, you have a whole cabinet of Disney DVDs that you probably don't watch that often. Some of those Disney movies could actually be worth a bit of money!
Whenever we hear that Disney is putting a movie "Back in the vault," it's kind of laughable, especially now with the internet. You think, Is that movie really going away? Am I really not going to be able to get that movie for years? Apparently, it's true! Now that some of these DVDs have become Limited Edition, you could make some money and clear out your DVD cabinets.
According to UNILAD, there are a few that are highly sought after and one of them I think I may have! If you own Walt Disney Treasures, Donald Duck Vol 3, you have about $350 collecting dust! Sleeping Beauty, one of the regular Disney princess classics, is going for over $50 right now. The Disney O-Ring collection is almost $300.
The amounts are even higher, if you're luckily enough to have Disney Pixar Steelbook Blu-Ray Collection, trade those in now for almost $3000! VHS are worth a lot too, so keep an eye out because the original The Little Mermaid recalled VHS (with the phallic symbol) is also about $3000. Do you have any of these old VHS/DVDs lying around?
