According to the New York Lottery, the winning ticket was sold at the Speedway gas station convenience store chain at 1911 Curry Road in Rotterdam.

Cash 4 Life is played by choosing 5 numbers between 1 to 60 and one number from 1 to 4 to be your Cash Ball. To win the Cash4Life Top Prize, match the six numbers on your ticket to the winning six-number combination drawn. So you need to hit all five numbers plus the Cash Ball in order to get the grand prize.
