Winner of the U.S. Open interrupted by Dude Making Bird Noises [Video]

Golfer Webb Simpson won the U.S. Open on Sunday, and right at the beginning of his post-win interview Bob Costas, a weird fan jumped in front of the camera and started squawking like a bird:
