Will Downtown Albany Be Under Water In 5 Centuries?

I'm not trying to create panic here, but it got me wondering after I saw this video.

Hey, Albany is close to a body of water. Not a big one, admittedly, but it still makes you think hard after reading about water levels worldwide predicting to rise in the future

Could it happen? Could New York City or Miami be in major trouble? I hate to be an alarmist, but watch this!

Would Lake George be affected? Saratoga Lake? Are lakes part of this? Man, I have to read more, don't you?
