It is important to note that because most schools are closed in the Capital Region and that doesn't mean it's a typical snow day or spring break. You shouldn't make play dates with other families, have sleepovers, go to trampoline places, or movie theaters. Social distancing also means that you can visit some places for short periods of time while using caution like restaurants, grocery stores, and getting take out.

The safe things to do during this social distancing period are getting outside in the fresh air, cooking meals at home with family, family game nights, reading a book, and going for a drive.
