Best New York Towns to Raise Your Family
Bethany was excited to find not one but two Capital Region cities on Niche.com's list of the "Best New York Towns to Raise Your Family."
The rankings were based on school ratings, crime rates, age demographics, and access to affordable housing and childcare.

Dierks Shotguns a Beer, Craig Campbell Serenades Fans
When Dierks Bentley invites you up on stage to shotgun a beer, you do it, and that's exactly what happened at Countryfest 2015.
Our fourth most popular story this year was about an awesome moment captured by WGNA staff of Dierks inviting a fan up to chug a cold one in the middle of a song!

Wanna Fly to Florida for $16.86 Each Way? JetBlue Can Make That Happen
When news broke out that JetBlue would be coming to Albany, we were all so excited. And Sean was super excited.
Sean shared news of a special one-day deal JetBlue opened up for the day they announced they would be running flights to and from the Capital Region where you could actually purchase plane tickets for only $16.86 each way.
The deal did sell out fast though, so we hope you were lucky enough to catch it.

Valedictorian Tells Class to 'Shake It Off...' Then This Happens
Remember in the not-so-distant past when you couldn't go anywhere without hearing Taylor Swift's smash hit "Shake It Off?" Not even a high school graduation?
Bethany had to tell you all about it and we're glad she did, because her story about a valedictorian from Portsmouth including the song in his speech was our runner-up for top post of the year!

Countryfest 2015 was SUCH a good time, with an awesome lineup of A Thousand Horses, The Cadillac Three, Craig Campbell, Eric Paslay and, of course, our headliner Dierks Bentley!
The weather was perfect, the crowd had a blast—in fact, we got a few photos of the crowd having a good time, which made for our No. 1 story of the year!
