Rain impacted the running of this year's Daytona 500 and it could happen again Sunday at Bristol Motor Speedway in Tennessee as another winter storm is expected to come in from the Midwest to the Middle Atlantic states.

According to RACEWeather.net there is just a 10-20% chance the Food City 500 will get completed on Sunday. Bristol does have lights so a delay to the evening hours could happen again. The forecast for Monday is not great either, but you know NASCAR always does its best to get the race completed as best they can.

Denny Hamlin set fast time and and a new track record during Friday's qualifying for Sunday's race. Last week's winner Brad Keselowski qualified second. Matt Kenseth, Joey Logano and Marcos Ambrose round out the top five starters.  Here are the complete results from qualifying.

Casey Mears was fastest in the Happy Hour final practice Saturday afternoon over Matt Kenseth and Carl Edwards. Ryan Newman was tops in Saturday morning's practice over Phoenix winner Kevin Harvick and Kurt Busch.
