Wanna Work with Weed? Albany County Dispensary Hosting a Job Fair

Albany County's first recreational marijuana dispensary is set to open up within the next month or so, but in the meantime, they are looking to hire qualified candidates today to be a part of the "Brownies team".

Here's what we know about the soon-to-be very popular new recreational weed spot on Central Avenue in Colonie.

Brownies Brand, Central Ave in Colonie

The place is called Brownies, and they're located at 1593 Central Ave in Albany. Currently, they're only selling CBD-infused products, but this is where Albany County's first recreational marijuana dispensary is expected to open up later this summer, or early fall.

Opening in September?

According to their Facebook page, the Brownies Band staff are working hard to open as soon as possible, and say they could be open as early as September.

Job Fair on Monday

In the meantime, Brownies announced that they're hosting a job fair on Monday, August 7th from 10 am to 5 pm where potential candidates are invited in to fill out an application.
