A mid-week storm is expected to bring more wet, heavy snow to Upstate New York.

It would not be spring in New York without some late March and early April snowstorms to remind us we are not out of the woods yet when it comes to winter weather!

National Weather Service Issues Winter Storm Watch

The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Winter Storm Watch from tomorrow (Wednesday) morning through late Thursday night. The alert covers the western & southern Adirondacks, Schoharie Valley, the Helderbergs and Eastern Catskils, Northern Berkshires in Massachusetts, and southern Vermont. Heavy snow and mixed precipitation are expected in these areas with accumulations of 7 inches or more, along with a coating of ice and wind gusts up to 50 mph.
