This morning you may have heard us talking about a new study that found which times of day were best for having sex, depending on your age.

A sleep expert at Oxford University in England found there are different times that work for different generations based on your body's natural rhythms, your schedule, and your obligations at different ages.  In some cases, chosing the right time to do it can help you sleep better!

Here are the findings -

In your 20s, the best time of day is 3:00 P.M.  That's when you have a big energy spike a few hours after lunch.

In your 30s, the best time is 8:20 A.M.  The morning sunlight triggers your hormones, and it's when you might have a little free time as a parent. (Unless you do a morning show like your's truly, then you're out of luck!)

In your 40s, the best time is 10:20 P.M.  It's the best way to relax at night and help yourself get a good night of sleep.

In your 50s, the best time is 10:00 P.M.  You're too busy the rest of the day.

In your 60s, 70s, and beyond, the best time is 8:00 P.M.  About halfway between dinner and when you go to sleep, so oxytocin can flow through your body the best.

So don't bother grandma and grandpa after Jeopardy!  You know they're busy!
