Teen Girl from Waterford Missing Since July, Mom Begs for Safe Return

One can only imagine the pain, trauma, and sleepless nights that parents of a missing child must endure. Our thoughts are with the Rabideau family and the Waterford community. We hope for her quick and safe return to the Capital Region.
Have you seen Kennedy Rabideau? If so, the Cohoes Police Department wants to hear from you; she hasn't been seen or heard from since late July.
Any information is good; Kennedy Rabideau, from Waterford, New York, was last seen on July 27th.
According to sources connected to the Cohoes Police Department, she may have been wearing a baseball cap, hoodie, and dark-rimmed cat-eye glasses at the time of her disappearance.
While little has been released about the reason(s) for her disappearance, the fact that she's been gone for nearly three weeks is alarming, and the girl's mom is pleading for help locating her.
Mom Pleads for Her Safe Return
Here's what Kennedy's mother posted on Facebook recently:
"My daughter Kennedy has been reported missing since 7/27/24 and I continue to report her missing to the Waterford police as well as sheriffs and CPS. She is 16 years old and suffers from mental health issues and drug addiction. She could be in Schenectady, could be in Albany, or very well could be out of state. She truly is a danger to herself and we need to find her!! This is a CHILD, my child and she’s not ok!! Please help me find her."
Could She Be in New York City?
According to Kennedy's Facebook profile, the Waterford native claims to live in New York City now, but police records do not suggest that's where she is now.
