It's the season of coughing and sore throats. We are always looking for a way to soothe and stop the cough. Now you don't have to rely on cough syrups, there is a sweet new remedy.

A research team out of a California university is looking for subjects to be a part of a study and will pay you $300 to eat avocados.  If you - or perhaps someone you know - is willing to be a participant, the team of researchers is still searching for individuals at three college campuses including one in Massachusetts.
