The plan to build a Costco Wholesale store near Crossgates Mall has been in the works for three years. There has been a lot of resistance and red tape but now there is a major development that could get the wholesale store built.

Back in November, there were rumblings of a Costco being built near Crossgates Mall. Now it looks like we may be one step closer to that becoming a reality.

It seems as if each year, Great Escape adds a new ride to outdo themselves and after some discussions with the planning board, they may be doing it again in 2020.

There are only a few more approvals needed for the brand new Sonic Drive-In to open in Saratoga County. The planning board must approve the final details for the new fast food restaurant.

There may be a twenty five thousand square foot indoor entertainment complex coming to Latham. It just has to get final approval.

This past August, developers proposed a plan for a new open air mall in the spot where Latham Circle Mall currently resides. This past Tuesday, the Colonie Town Board approved the idea.
