Strawberry Picking in the Capital Region [LIST]
I went strawberry picking earlier this week, have you ever done that? You can't beat the flavor of something that fresh and you can pick your own strawberries all over the Capital Region.
Strawberry picking is something I'd wanted to do but never actually followed through with until I brought my younger cousins to Bowman Orchards the other day. We went around 2:00PM, not very busy, and got to pick our own strawberries for a dessert my mom will be making.
It's not that expensive and it's a great outdoor activity that's fun for the whole family. What I didn't realize was that there are a ton of places to go strawberry picking around here! New York Upstate made a list for the whole state but I took the ones from around the Capital Region to share. Do you know of any more?
