Stewart’s Shops Are Hot Spot For Big New York Lottery Winners in 2025

If you live in Upstate New York, chances are you have stopped by a Stewart's Shop to get a few things and some New York Lottery tickets. Stewart's Shops has been a hot spot for multiple scratch-off and lottery winners, totaling millions in 2025.

There were four hundred and eighty-nine Stewart's customers who won in New York and Vermont. Those winners won $5,000 or more. Four Stewart's customers became instant millionaires.

Some of the biggest winners have come from right here in our region. A ten-million-dollar scratch-off was sold last spring at the Stewart’s on East Main Street in Canton. Another memorable win happened last February at the Stewart’s Shop on Route 20 in Sharon Springs, where a ticket worth five thousand dollars a week for life was sold.

In addition to those big jackpots, Stewart's Shops in Rotterdam and Poughkeepsie had $1 million raffle winners. There were three $100,000 winners, too. One Powerball winner was sold at a Stewart's in Sharon Springs, another one was part of the million-dollar raffle sold at the Waterford Stewart's, and the third was won on an X Series 200X scratch-off sold in Newburgh.
