Millions of people were without Spectrum cable and internet after the storm-related outages from this past weekend.  If you were one of them, you may be entitled to a credit.  WHere's how you can get your credit.

According to NewYorkUpstate.com, Spectrum said it will offer a credit for the cable and internet issues millions experienced Friday evening into Saturday afternoon.  Spectrum will determine the amount on a 'case-by-case' basis after it claims that storms left millions of its customers scrambling without TV and internet.

Many were forced to find a good book, or perhaps even talk to one another.

In order to get what you feel you are owed, customers have been advised to call Spectrum  directly.  The company’s customer service line number is (855) 707-7328.

According to sources, credits have already been issued and a central New York man claims that he received a $9 credit to his service bill.
