SKi Season Open In The Capital Region
Ski Season in the Capital Region has officially started.
There may not be any snow on the ground by your house, but that doesn’t mean it’s not time to break out your skies. Skiers in the Capital Region were able to hit the slopes as early as last week.
Now, I’m not a skier, more a fan of the lodge with the fireplace and bar! But, I know there are so many out there that love to hit the slopes and ski down the mountains so here is some information you need to get the season started!
These ski resorts are open to skiers right now:
Gore Mountain – 1 out of 4 slopes are open
Jiminy Peak - 10 trails open
Hunter Mountain – 4 out of 11 slopes are open
Whiteface Mountain Resort – 3 out of 11 slopes are open
Windham Mountain – 3 out of 12 slopes are open
Have fun out on the slopes and be careful!
