Several people from the Albany area have been arrested for selling and distributing various narcotics in southern Rensselaer County.

In press releases from the East Greenbush Police Department, there’s been ongoing investigations by The East Greenbush and Rensselaer Police Departments, and in some cases the DEA. In one case, 45-year-old Frank R. Ingoldsby, of Averill Park, and Jacob R. Quickenton of Troy, have both been charged with Criminal Sale Controlled Substance Third Degree – Heroin.

In another case, five others were arrested on Monday night and charged with Criminal Sale of Narcotic Drug Third Degree, Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug with intent to Sell Third Degree and Conspiracy Fourth Degree, which are felony crimes. Those arrested are Vincent D. Tagliento from Colonie, Michael M. Lasher and Junann Lasher - both from East Greenbush, Amanda M. Konitski, from Albany and David A. Spenziero from Rensselaer. They were discovered by detectives, to be selling the prescription drug, Oxycodone. All were sent to Rensselaer County Jail and will have to appear in court sometime this month.
