Nobody's selling Girl Scout cookies out of Beechwood State Park in Sodus, New York - not unless they've got Samoas in one hand and a machete in the other!  Despite the fact this Girl Scout camp a few hours west of Albany has been vacated for decades, it's a popular hiking destination for those who know where it is.

Beechwood State Park was founded as Camp Beechwood by the Girl Scouts of America in 1929. This "150-acre piece of land in the northern Finger Lakes offered a beautiful forested setting and, at the time, a great beach on Lake Ontario."

According to sources, it's been abandoned since the mid-1990s, and "neither the town nor the state wanted the land, but the town ended up with it and turned it into a “state park."
