Secret Star Ticket Tips: New Process To Buy Your Tickets

When you go to purchase your Secret Star tickets tomorrow, you will notice some minor changes with the ticket purchase process.

Our next Secret Star Acoustic Jam presented by Tech East Fire and Water Restoration is back at Proctor's Wednesday, May 8th! Tickets will go on sale tomorrow at 10am and you can buy them at the Proctor's Box office on State Street in Schenectady, by phone at 518.346.6204 or at the Proctor's website.

If you are ordering online, the ticket purchase process has changed slightly. You will now need to sign in to your account to browse and then purchase tickets for Secret Star. (In the past your were able to browse anonymously). If you already have an account, you are all set to go. You will just need to login in once you get to the Proctor's website.

If you don’t have an account? Learn how to create one here. Unsure if you have an account or not? Try signing in here with your email address. It will notify you if your email/password combination is incorrect. Simply click “Forgot My Password” to reset your password.

Once you are set, just login in to your account before 10am tomorrow and you will be ready to roll! This new process should prevent tickets from getting emptied from your cart which has happened in past years on the ticketing site.
