The best part of Fall for me, isn't the cider donuts or pumpkin spice everything, it's the high quality, well produced haunted attractions that turn innocent corn fields and farm trails into hair-raising hayrides and pastures of evil.  We have some great haunted attractions in the Capital Region and they will begin their 2018 season in less than a few weeks.  Here's your ghostly guide to 5 of the most horrifying haunts and hair-raising rides.

NIGHT TERRORS HAUNTED FARM: Travel through the terrifying Halloween Haunt known as Night Terrors Haunted Farm in Schoharie, NY. Hayrides start on Friday September 28th.

DOUBLE M HAUNTED HAYRIDES: Scary Harry is back for his 25th year at this iconic Ballston Spa attraction.  Rides start on Saturday, September 29th.

NIGHTMARES AT LIBERTY RIDGE FARM: Nightmares, in Schaghticoke, has been around for nearly two decades and will open up on Saturday, September 29th.

FIELD OF HORRORS: 'Sneak Peaks' begin Sept 28th and 29th, while the full scope of terror starts the following weekend. Located in Troy

ZOMBIE ZIP LINES: It's zip-lining for mature audiences only! This Schenectady attraction opens up on Friday, October 5th.
