Time to go back to the 90's as we break out another great country tune for this week's Flashback Friday. I'm feeling in a fun mood today, so how about a fun song. This week we go back to 1993 for a top 10 hit from Sammy Kershaw, "Queen Of My Double Wide Trailer"

Sammy Released this tune in August of 1993 and reached #7 on the charts later that year. It was the third single from Sammy's "Haunted Heart" Album following the Title track and the #1 hit "She Don't Know She's Beautiful".

The song was written by Dennis Linde, who wrote a number of hits including "Bubba Shot The Jukebox" and "It Sure Is Monday" for Mark Chesnutt, "Goodbye Earl" for the Dixie Chicks, "John Deere Green" for Joe Diffie and "Burning Love" by Elvis Presley.

I hope you once again enjoyed this musical journey back in time. Be sure to check back again every friday for another great country memory.
